Papeneiland

The canal house 'Papeneiland' can be found on the 'Prinsengracht 2', one of the most prestigious canals in Amsterdam.

The building has a rich history that dates back to 1641. If you see a photo of the Amsterdam canals, this house is probably on it!

Nowadays you can still find a cafe in this building, which got it's first permit in 1896.
